“Reminiscence,” for Parco della Musica Records, is the result of the meeting of two extraordinary musicians, Danilo Rea and Maurizio Martusciello, from different musical genres: jazz and electronic. Starting from original compositions and free improvisations and making use of the extraordinary voices of soprano Silvia Colombini and the baritone Gian Paolo Fiocchi, the jazz pianist Danilo Rea and electronic artist Maurizio Martusciello aka Martux_m have created a unique record, almost a concept album in which they succeed, starting from the contaminations between jazz, lyric, and electronic, to create music governed by lyricism alone and pure inspiration, beyond ambient music and contemporary classical.
