On the occasion of World Earth Day, photographer Stephen Wilkes talks with Marco Cattaneo about the beauty of our planet and our relationship with the environment. Known for his Day to Night technique, with which, through a succession of shots of the same place taken over the course of an entire day and then assembled into a single image, Wilkes depicts the passage of time and light, giving us astonishing visions of nature and its inhabitants.
