From imagination to reality: life in a code

Edited by CNR-Institute of Translational Pharmacology, CNR-Institute of Photonics and Nanotechnology, CNR-Institute of Complex Systems, CNR-Institute of Structure of Matter, CNR-Institute for Microelectronics and Microsystems), Rome Technopole

A workshop based on various games and playful activities to gain a hands-on understanding of the "codes of life," from DNA to protein synthesis, through an imaginary journey to the heart of the cell. Models of DNA, messenger RNA, transport RNA and some amino acids will be used to simulate the flow of information required for protein synthesis.
