First technologist at INAF, lecturer at the University of Milano-Bicocca, was a journalist for ESA for 15 years. He directs the Office of Astronomy for Education Center Italy of the IAU. He is part of the CS of the Genoa Festival. He writes for "Focus Junior" and "Knowing." With Feltrinelli he has published several volumes, including "Nello spazio con Samantha" together with Samantha Cristoforetti. With Einaudi he published "Piccolo Atlante Celeste" and, with Tullio Regge, "L'infinito cercare. Autobiography of a Curious Man."
