Full Professor at the University of Bologna, Director of ALMA-AI Research Institute on Human-Centric Artificial Intelligence and author of more than 200 publications in Journals and Conferences in the field. She was vice president of the European Association of Artificial Intelligence and executive councilor of the Association for the Advancements of Artificial Intelligence. He served on the expert group for the definition of the National Strategy on Artificial Intelligence and is a member of the Horizon Europe Program Committee for Cluster 4.
