Bahian singer and composer, Caetano Veloso is considered one of the most influential Brazilian artists since the 1960s and one of the most important musicians of MPB (Brazilian popular music). His musical career boasts more than fifty released albums and numerous film soundtrack collaborations. He has won numerous awards, including 13 Latin Grammys and 2 American Grammys, won two titles in the 24th Brazilian Music Award as well as being honored by the academy as "Person of the Year" in 2012.
