FERNANDO BRUSCO


First trumpet with the PMJO, he has been a trumpet player for over 35 years, starting out in the most diverse of musical forms at a very young age, ranging from opera to pop to jazz.

He collaborates on recordings for leading musicians on the Italian scene and abroad, as well as artists of national and international fame, such as Frank Sinatra Junior, Ray Charles, Amy Steward and Phil Woods. In the jazz area he has worked with big bands and ensembles alongside artists of the calibre of Barney Kessel, Ronnie Cuber, Francie Bauland, Bob Mintzer, Dick Oatts, Franco Ambrosetti, G. Gaslini, Bruno Tommaso, G. Coscia, Franco D’Andrea, Enrico Intra, Kenny Wheeler, Javier Girotto and Mike Stern.
