Promotional Office for organized groups, companies and associations

The Promotional Office’s role is to advertise special offers for organized groups, companies and associations. These groups are given the opportunity to book events organized by Musica per Roma at the Rome Auditorium Parco della Musica for sensibly reduced prices.
Organized groups will receive the Auditorium’s programme every fifteen days, before the general public does. This gives them the opportunity to book the desired event directly via fax (minimum 10 persons per group).

By request, it is also possible to book packages including:

• A guided tour of the Auditorium (only available with advance booking). These exclusive tours are available in English, French, German and Spanish.
• A free copy of the Auditorium’s photo album “Il cantiere e la sua storia” (“The building site and its history”) and a 20% discount on the book “Architettura e Musica” (“Architecture and Music”).
• A concert of one’s choice.
